Return Policy

We love to make our customers happy and ensure their satisfaction so there are a few  options for quick solutions.

Returns-

We allow 15 days from the date of delivery of any unopened purchase for a full refund or store credit. Any return that does not meet policy will be promptly returned.

The below items are NOT returnable for safety and sanitary purposes:

               Disposable Vapes
               Clearance items or other special promo items
               Compatibility Issues

Missing Order- any purchase that is damaged, missing or wrong item will need to be reported within 48hrs from the time of receipt. Be sure to take inventory of your order and alert of any discrepancies to us within the allotted time frame.      

Should you need to submit a request for an exchange, refund or replacement please email [email protected] and provide your order details such as order number and reason for return along with any photos if there are damaged items. Once received, please allow 48 hrs to get back with you regarding the return process.

Please note that refunds are issued back to original form of payment.
